UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ODKSHOP’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IN ANY FORM OF ACTION WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF $25.00.

12. Indemnity
