Our return policy is valid for 15 days within the delivery date.
All products must be unused and unopened in its original packaging in order to qualify for a return.
If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to return, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
The original shipping fee that was charged for your order is non-refundable.
Please submit a return request with pictures of the defective item.
To initiate a return, please send us an inquiry via email at
firstname.lastname@example.org enclosing your order number, the product name, and the reason for your return.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products. We do not accept returns of special boxes, special kits or one-time use products such as sheet masks. Products on sale during promotions may not be eligible for return.
Once your order has been placed and it shows that it is being processed, we are unable to cancel or change your order.
Our normal operating hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST. Our office and distribution center are open Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and all US federal holidays.
