    Shipping & Delivery
    • After you complete your order payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and invoice.
    • Delivery is an average of 3 business days and may take up to 7 days after the order has been placed. (Except when joint purchase/delivery period is notified)

    Return period

    • Change of mind: You can apply for a return up to 15 days after receiving the product.

    • Defective product: You can apply for a return up to 30 days after receiving the product.

    • You must send the item within 2 weeks of creating the return label.


    Exchange

    • Vendors at the ODK SHOP do not exchange products.

    • In the case of a simple change of mind, you must cancel and reorder.

    2. What is the return fee?

    Depending on the reason for the return, you may be charged.

    Depending on the nature of the item, it may not be returned. (One-time supplies, food, stockings, etc...)

    The shipping cost ($10-15) due to a simple change of mind will be customer's responsibility, which will be deducted from the final refund amount.

    • Change of mind:
      • If it is a free shipping item: A one-way return shipping fee will be customer's responsibility.

      • A pre-paid return label will be sent and the amount will be refunded excluding the shipping cost after the item is inspected.

      • After completing the return application form (before the turn label is sent) we will notify the customer thof e shipping cost in advance.

    • Defective or misdelivery of the product:
      • Prepaid label will be sent for all defective items and a full refund will be issued after the item has been inspected.

  • Cases of not acceptable cancellation/refund/exchange

    ODK Shop is a distribution platform that provides a service that connects customers and manufacturers; and is not legally responsible for defective products or defects.

    Change of Mind

    • In case of cancellation or return due to change of mind, returns can’t be processed when 15 days have passed after the products have arrived.
    • Fresh ON market products cannot be returned due to change of mind after shipment started. In particular, fresh and frozen products cannot be resold, so we cannot accept returns due to change of mind.
    • If the seller has notified in advance that some products are non-refundable,then returns due to a change of mind are not possible.
    • If the value of the product has decreased due to opening the product, it cannot be returned.
    • Items that are missing components or parts cannot be canceled/returned.
    • Cancellation/return is not possible in case of damage/failure/contamination due to negligence in handling.
    • Due to the difference in monitor resolution, the color or image may differ from the actual one. Change of mind due to this cannot be exchanged/canceled/returned.

    Defective Products

    • If the product is defective, products can only be returned/exchanged within 30 days of shipment. After 30 days, we cannot return/exchange.
    • Items that are missing components cannot be canceled/returned.
    • Cancellation/return is not possible in case of damage/failure/contamination due to negligence in handling.
    • Colors or images may differ from the actual product due to differences in monitor resolution, and this is not considered a product defect.
    • Prices may change without notice due to manufacturer circumstances and price changes; and returns and price compensation are not possible.
    • If any trouble occurs when using beauty products, you can get a refund if you provide proof of medical confirmation and doctor letter. (In this case, all costs must be borne by the customer.)

    • Fresh/frozen/refrigerated products cannot be refunded or canceled after shipment
    Disposal Products
    • Disposable items cannot be canceled/returned
    Electronic/Installation Product
    • In case of simple change of mind after use
    • In case the installation or sticker is removed due to the characteristics of the electronic product
    • When the power of the product with the LCD screen is turned on (except when the product is defective)
    • When the serial number of the product is embedded In the case of a decrease in the value of the software
    Book/Game/ebook
    • If the packaging of the product that can be reproduced is damaged
    • No refund after download
    Cosmetic Products
    • In case the value of the product is damaged by the customer's use, time lapse, or partial consumption
    • Exception for cases where a medical confirmation is documented due to trouble (all expenses are borne by the customer)
    Apparel
    • If the value of the product is damaged due to tag/label removal or product damage
    • If the product is damaged due to the wrong size
    • Stockings cannot be returned after wearing.
    Exports to Korea
    • Due to the restriction of the product delivered to Korea, returns due to a change of mind are not possible.
    Group Purchase Products

    Lost package inquiry can be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the delivery completion notice

    It may take about a week to request a claim from the seller and the shipping company after receiving the inquiry about the lost package.

  • The price of an item I purchased has been lowered. Please refund the difference.

    It is not possible to refund the difference due to the price change of the product.

    ODK Shop registers products with the rights of the seller and operates a pricing policy. Prices are subject to change from time to time by the seller’s authority, and the price difference can not be refunded.

    If you cancel/return due to a price change, the difference will not be refunded and can be repurchased after the cancellation/return process.

    Refund and shipping costs due to simple change of mind are at the customer's responsibility.
